USPS Certified Mail

The Web Certified Mail system is simple to use and can be setup in less than 5 minutes. Just go to www.printcertifiedmail.com or click on the Web Certified Service button above to register. With the Web Certified System, you can manage your Address Book, Copy/Paste addresses from your Word Processor, batch print large numbers of Certified Mail forms in a single print run by importing data from a file, Track all of your Certified Mail on one screen, and view your digital signatures(when using Certified Mail Electronic Return Receipt). The software is completely free and available for use 24/7.

Certified Mail can be sent Non Return Receipt, Return Receipt(Green Card Signature - $2.80), or Electronic Return Receipt(Digital Signature - $1.60). As such, companies can save $1.60 in postage by electing to use Electronic Return Receipt to obtain a digital signature for their Certified Mail. The Web Certified Mail system provides the ability to use Regular Return Receipt(Green Cards) or Electronic Return Receipt(Digital Signature) by simply selecting the appropriate check box.

CONVENTIONAL CHECKS, STATEMENTS, AND ENVELOPES

Laser Substrates, Inc. has been designing and producing forms for Property Management and Accounting software since 1984. Our stock is manufactured at our eco-friendly plant in Boca Raton, Florida. Our warehouses are air-conditioned to maintain the integrity of all the forms we produce. We use the finest 20# MOCR stock in all our conventional form production. We continually re-stock to allow for same-day shipping to any location in the United States and Canada. We stock inventory for orders as small as 500 or as large as pallets of 50,000.


Our conventional forms include check stock, statements, invoices, and corresponding envelopes compatible with an array of software. We have been contracted to supply compatible stock for Yardi, Skyline, SSC, MRI, Great Plains, RentManager, and LandLord series software.


LPRO & LPRO2 Checks
The LPRO stock is 8.5” wide by 11.0” tall letter stock check. It is a three part “z-fold” that presents the check on the top. The check measures 3.5” tall with a 3.5” middle remittance stub and a 4.0” bottom file copy. The checks have the designated endorsement area on the back. Please contact for available colors


L3811 Checks
The L3811 stock is 8.5” wide by 11.0” tall letter stock check. It is a three part “even-fold” with a bottom check of 3 2/3” tall. The two remittance and file copy panels are also 3 2/3” creating three even panels. Please contact for available colors


LASCK Checks
The LASCK stock is 8.5” wide by 11.0” tall letter stock check. There are two checks per page with two top remittance panels. The checks each measure 3.5” tall with a 2.0” top stub on each. The checks have the designated endorsement area on the back. Please contact for available colors


LRB Universal Stock
The LASCK stock is 8.5” wide by 11.0” tall stock formatted to be used as a check, invoice, statement, or letter with most popular software. The check panel may be used on either the top or bottom depending on your software layout. The small panel measures 3 2/3” tall with one large single panel that measures 7 1/3” tall. There is an endorsement line on the back to allow use as either a top or bottom check.


DWE-8 & DWE-10 Envelopes
Our envelopes both feature the interior safety “mesh” for increased security. Both envelopes have unique designed plastic covered windows that align with almost all property management forms layouts. They measure 4.0” tall by 8 7/8” wide and correspond to a standard #9.
